    • Resolved an issue causing Fyrakk to become unlootable if killed during Shadowflame Devastation in Stage Two.
    • Resolved an issue causing Fyrakk’s energy bar to increase too quickly in Stage Three on Mythic difficulty.
• Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond’s Fall
  • Iridikron
    • Timeline Transcendence’s 100% damage increase now also increases the damage of an affected player’s pets and summons even if they are not within Chromie’s bubble.
    • Timeline Transcendence no longer applies onto pets or summons.
• The Everbloom
  • Ancient Protectors
    • The visual effect for Dhulu’s Noxious Discharge have been updated.
• Waycrest Manor
  • Addressed an issue where Soulbound Goliath’s Soul Thorns ability will fail on shapeshifted players.

Items

• Augury of the Primal Flame proc rate increased by 50% and damage decreased by 33%.
  • Developers’ note: While this change should not impact the trinket’s expected performance, we hope that a more consistent proc rate will reduce its overall variance.
• Blossom of Amirdrassil’s effects increased by 10%.
• Belor’relos, the Suncaller self-damage increased by 20%.
• Fixed an issue where Branch of the Tormented Ancient would not reset its cooldown upon ending an encounter.
• Fixed an issue where Gift of Ursine Vengeance stacks would be removed on ally death or mind control.
• Vaskarn, the dracthyr vendor in the Emerald Dream’s Central Encampment, will now display her crest trade-up items to anyone who has earned the right to purchase them, even if they cannot currently purchase them because they are too close to the cap on the higher-level crest.

Player versus Player

• Removed rank text from all Rated PvP gear, including PvP Class Sets.
  • Developers’ note: This change does not effect item levels or upgrade tracks.
• Mage
  • Arcane
    • Fixed an issue that caused the Amirdrassil 4-set bonus to not be reduced in PvP combat.
  • Frost
    • Fixed an issue that caused Frost Bomb’s explosion to be prevented by Grounding Totem.

• Black Rook Hold
  • Addressed an issue where Shadowbolt Volley debuff from Dantalionax can linger on players after he is defeated.
• Court of Stars
  • Fixed an issue where Gerenth the Vile’s Hypnosis Bat was incorrectly being cast on non-keystone difficulties.
• Dawn of the Infinite
  • Resolved an issue where players could incidentally enter combat with Chronaxis and/or Pendule enemies while on the traversal paths.

Items

• Fixed an issue allowing Smoldering Seedling to sometimes heal for more than intended.
• Fixed an issue where Ouroboreal Necklet would not trigger Ruby Serpent’s Ward from Acid Rain damage.

Player versus Player

• Crests earned from rated PvP activities have been increased in tier for many ranks.
  • Whelpling crests are now only earned from Combatant 1 end-of-match activity (was Combatant 1 and Combatant 2).
  • Drake crests are now earned from Combatant 2, Challenger 1, and Challenger 2 end-of-match activity (was Challenger 1, Challenger 2, Rival 1, and Rival 2).
  • Wyrm crests are now earned from Rival 1 and Rival 2 end-of-match activity (was Duelist).
  • Aspect crests are now earned from Duelist and Elite end-of-match activity (was Elite only).
• Flightstone earnings from rated PvP have increased.
  • Rated BG wins now award 45 Flightstones (was 35).
  • Rated BG losses now award 20 Flightstones (was 15).
  • Arena 2v2 wins now award 15 Flightstones (was 10).
  • Arena 3v3 wins now award 15 Flightstones (was 10).
  • Solo Shuffle wins now award 45 Flightstones (was 35).
  • Solo Shuffle losses now award 15 Flightstones (was 10).

  • Fixed an issue that prevented crafted statues from being placed in the Emerald Dream and Zaralek Cavern.

  • Lady Baihu and her Kirin Tor Battle-Mages no longer trigger on-death affix effects in Mythic Keystone difficulty.

• PvP Class set items that were obtained from the Great Vault or converted at the Revival Catalyst and were previously on the Veteran track should now be using the Champion track.

WoW’s 19th Anniversary

• Emeriss and Lethon’s Aura of Nature debuff now deals significantly less damage.

      • The damage of your next Frostwyrm’s Fury is increased by 4% (was 5%). Stacks unchanged.
      • The effectiveness of Frostywrm’s Fury reduced to 25% (was 30%).
      • Howling Blast damage reduced to 10% (was 20%).
    • Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope 4-piece set
      • Chill Streak can bounce 3 additional times (was 2 times).
      • The chance to proc a bonus effect increased to 35% (was 30%).
    • Chill Streak damage increased by 10%.
    • Obliterate damage increased by 8%.
    • Enduring Chill chance to bounce increased to 25% (was 20%).
    • Piercing Chill damage increased to 12% (was 10%).

    • All healing increased by 3%. Not applied to PvP combat.

    • Shifting Sands will now properly trigger twice when casting back-to-back empower spells with Tip the Scales.

  • Resolved an issue preventing the cooldown of Mass Dispel from resetting when an encounter ends.

    • All damage increased by 5%. Not applied to PvP combat.

    • Fixed an issue that caused Envenom’s buff to persist beyond its intended duration when used with fewer than 5 combo points.

    • All damage dealt by you and your pet’s abilities increased by 6%. Not applied to PvP combat.

    • All damage dealt by you and your pet’s abilities increased by 6%. Not applied to PvP combat.

    • Tyr, the Infinite Keeper’s health reduced by 15%.
    • Tyr, the Infinite Keeper will now only cast a single Dividing Strike within a sequence of the Infinite Hand Technique.
  • Chrono-Lord Deios
    • Chrono-Lord Deios’ Temporal Breath impact damage reduced by 20% and periodic damage reduced by 15%.
    • The vulnerability effect of Chrono-Lord Deios’ Infinity Nova reduced to 75% (was 250%).
    • Resolved an issue that could cause a player standing in certain locations to not be eligible for loot.

    • Dulhu’s Noxious Charge impact damage reduced by 25%.

    • Addressed an issue causing Barreling Charge to hit players standing closely behind Urctos.

Items

• Wherever possible, all cosmetics and collectibles that drop from a unique rare elite enemy in Forbidden Reach and Zaralek Cavern will now drop more often.
• Cache of Amirdrassil Treasures should now display the correct item level.
  • Developers’ notes: This was only a display issue and did not affect the items in the cache.
• Existing Rated PvP gear that was previously on the Veteran track should now be using the Champion track.
  • Developers’ notes: This change does not affect existing Class Sets either obtained from the Great Vault or items that were converted at the Catalyst. Those will be addressed in a separate hotfix.

Player versus Player

• Demon Hunter
  • Havoc
    • Chaotic Disposition now has a 33.33% chance (base 7.77%) to increase damage by 4% (base 17%) in PvP combat, providing the same average damage bonus with significantly less variance.
• Druid
  • Eclipse will now properly track your Wrath and Starfire casts if Eclipse ends while you are Cycloned.
  • Fury of Elune will now properly deal damage to enemies who are not in line of sight of the Druid.
  • Feral
    • Regrowth healing is now reduced by 20% in PvP combat (was 43%).
• Evoker
  • Azure Strike damage increased by 40% in PvP combat.
  • Time Stop (PvP talent) cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (was 1 minute).
  • Chrono Loop (PvP talent) cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (was 1 minute).
  • Augmentation
    • Upheaval damage reduced by 10% in PvP combat.
    • Eruption damage increased by 15% in PvP combat.
  • Preservation
    • Dream Flight healing increased by 100% in PvP combat.
    • Mana regeneration now reduced by 5% in PvP combat (was 10%).
• Priest
  • Ultimate Penitence will now prioritize healing players in PvP combat and will only heal pets if all players are at full health.
  • Holy
    • All healing increased by 6% in PvP combat.

WoW’s 19th Anniversary

• Reduced the Dragons of Nightmare Lethargy stun to 2 seconds (was 5 seconds).
• Reduced the health of Emeriss’s Putrid Mushrooms by 85%.
• Adjusted the frequency of Emeriss’s attack patterns.

    • The 2-piece class set Chi Harmony now only increases healing taken from Monk abilities.
    • The 4-piece class set Chi Harmony no longer accumulates healing taken by Revitalizing Voodoo Totem.

    • Fixed an issue causing Cleansing Flame to deal incorrect damage and healing when cast on a target with vulnerability or increased healing taken.
• Warlock
  • Demonology
    • Fixed an issue where Soul Strike would be relearned whenever Felguard is summoned.
    • Felguard should now prioritize using Soul Strike once it’s off cooldown.

Dungeons and Raids

• Darkheart Thicket
  • Fixed an issue that caused Oakheart’s Crushing Grip damage to pierce immunities.
• Galakrond’s Fall
  • Interval no longer triggers on-death affixes.
• The Everbloom
  • Melded Berserker’s Bounding Whirl inflicts damage every 1.5 seconds (was 1 second).
• Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope
  • Nymue
    • Fixed an issue where Cycle Wardens were not correctly scaling for larger raid sizes on Normal difficulty.

Events

• Emerald Bounty contributions in the last 2 seconds of the event will no longer consume a seed or give credit for a contribution. This should help guarantee all loot earned is properly credited.

Items

• Fixed an issue where Smoldering Seedling would fail to trigger from healing abilities in quick succession.

Player versus Player

• PvP gear with Champion and Hero upgrade tracks should no longer display incorrect PvP ilvl increases when previewed in the upgrade UI.
• Mage
  • Frost
    • Fixed an issue where Frost Bomb’s explosion was triggering on the incorrect target when reflected.
• Rogue
  • Fixed issues with Caustic Spatter, Sanguine Blades, Shadow Blades, and Replicating Shadows that caused them to unintentionally keep the Rogue and enemy player in combat.
  • Subtlety
    • Fixed an issue that prevented Eviscerate from dealing bonus shadow damage with Shadowed Finishers talented.

Quests

• Fixed an issue where Dragon Isles Drakes: White Scales were not awarded when completing the quest “Time to Process”. Players that have already completed the quest will receive the item via mail.
• Players who did not receive the intended weekly amount of Echoed Ephemera for “The Power of Dreams” will receive these missing items in their mail.
